Here is some historical perspective on the July to June Book to Bill Ratios Book to Bill Table Year July June Ratio (July to June) 1995 1.08 1.18 0.915 1996 0.76 0.87 0.874 1997 1.12 1.07 1.047 1998 0.65 0.74 0.878 1999 1.11 1.21 0.917 Average July to June Ratio = 0.926 Expected July 2000 BtB (based on June = 1.27) is 1.176 Actual July 2000 BtB is 1.23 or 4.6% higher than expected from the previous 5 year average . The B2B number for July 2000 is just fine.
