Name Change: Ceragon Networks (NASDAQ: CRNT) on 6 Sept 2000.

Giganet name change

Giganet (GGNT: news, msgs) said Tuesday it's changing its
name to Ceragon Networks, which will be traded under the
ticker symbol "CRNT" starting on Sept. 6.

Tel Aviv, Israel-based Ceragon Networks Ltd. develops,
manufactures and sells wireless network systems offering
broadband network capabilities to global communications
service providers.

"Our new name communicates our market position as a provider
of next generation networking systems," Shraga Katz,
president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
