It must be me but I don't remember September of 98 being a particulary good month for the markets. October after the fed cut but not September.

How are you TA guys reading this? Volume has slowed. Are we topping out here or is this and yesterday a rest before the big push into the stratosphere? Been doing some shorting but I do not have a real comfortable feeling about it. Bought some QVQUR earlier at 3-1/4 I see now they are at that level again. Could use some input here. GH
