Pete,

Ramtron (Mushkin) is selling PC133 CAS2 512MB DIMMs. They have 1GB PC133 CAS2 DIMMs. Although the prices on them are very high.

Where do you see these? I am looking at mushkin.com and I can't see these DIMMs.
