What about mechanical stop losses that were taken out? I set my stop based on technical reasons. Using the 20% rule as my guideline to protect profit. If the stops were taken out based upon fraud, and the stock reopens higher, do I get to sue the perpetrator of the fraudulent release for damages?

Actually, they ARE now "reversing" at least a few trades -- I've been seeing the volume DROP slowly as trades of 100-200 shares are "un-posted" (those un-trades are being listed with "P" symbols on myTrack). But boy, if they plan to do that for ALL of today's trades it's gonna take a good long time...
