CNBC just reported that NASD says that all pre-halt trades will stand and that it is up to each person to sort it out with their broker. Sounds like a cop-out to me. NASD could fix it and prevent a lot of folks from taking BIG hits. They should do it, quickly, and then let it reopen. If they are not going to void any trades, there is no reason to keep it halted.
