Securities fraud is the government's business, IMHO. Million of dollars were lost today, because of this fraud. Private citizens have little or no remedies against such behavior. Were this behavior the norm, the capital markets would collapse, as would our economy. I think we need to distinguish between the normal risks we undertake in investing and the lies and deceptions which cost many individuals lots of money w. EMLX.
