Barry, RE: As Rambus has said, QUITE LOUDLY I THOUGHT, those who cause Rambus to have to take legal action and ultimately lose the lawsuit, will not necessarily be granted a license. That might be a bet the company decision for those recalcitrants. This is a huge warning and I'm certain that it will be a major factor in influencing them to settle instead of litigate.

No question about it.

Of course, the converse is also true--RMBS is also making a 'bet the company' decision. The only difference is that RMBS has no choice.
