Adairm - Yes I see what you are talking about but again if you set the pivot point of $81 1/4 than the low of the handle falls over 22%, which is more than O'Neil recommends.

Additionally, at the low of the handle it moves below the midpoint which isn't a very positive indicator according to O'Neil. As always we're all trying to improve our skills.

Most handles that fall more than 15% are inclined to fail and the probabilities are much higher when you see them falling over 20% but that certainly wasn't the case with this one. O'Neil recommends 10% to 15% in his most recent book, as well as recommending that the handles form well above the mid point area.

Adairm-BTW, you are one of the few posters to this message board that has shown a working knowledge of O'Neil's methodology. While we may disagree on some points, thanks for taking the time to make your thoughts known.
