With you all the way, Dough...As I have said elsewhere:
I did not sell, but I put in mkt orders which were filled at the re-open @ 127...this little fraud by the market makers just added insult to injury.

I have asked Schwab via email to reverse the trades...And, I followed it up with a call to my Platinum Team and was told it was a matter for the NASD...the finger pointing now begins...

First EMLX then this to make you feel inadequate.

<<What people?'' he asked innocently. ``I had no clue how many under par I was. At the time, I think I had a five- or six-shot lead. I just tried to increase that.''

With a 10-foot birdie on the 17th, Woods had a chance to break the course record. But his drive on the 18th took one last roll into thick rough, and his approach landed over the flag and ran through the green.

A 61 was the best he could manage.

ohh all he could do was a 61 LOL

Doug, just now reading all this with horror. I am not in EMLX at all but this just sends shivers thru me. I do think it should be a relatively simple matter to find the perpetrator of this crime. Unusual activity will stick out like a sore thumb on this one.

OTOT:
Greg, on a lighter note, just received my new TaylorMade Firesole Titanium-Tungsten Driver via UPS today. So Tiger better watch out. If I had suffered with the rest of you today, this would somewhat have tempered the pain.

Make no mistake. I'm not leaving this alone nor should anyone else IMO.

Well, Doug... I've spent the better part of the the morning filing complaints. My brokerage suggested filing with the the SIPC, SEC, and NASD. Done.

The address to file online complaints are:

nasdr.com
sec.gov (as you listed)

and the SIPC has no form links for online complaints so I'm going snail mail on that:

Securities Investor Protection Corporation
805 15th Street, N.W., Suite 800
Washington, D.C. 20005-2215
Tel: 202-371-8300
Fax: 202-371-6728

Hope this helps anyone interested. I know I feel better for having taken some action.
