Infineon will cave in within the next 6 months.

Is Rambus offering them stock or warrants to sign? An announcement from Infineon could cause quite a jump in the stock price, and be quite lucrative under such an arrangement. There don't have to be any actual royalties involved in a secret agreement!

Do you have any inside information about the negotiations with Infineon? I wonder if such a possibility has been talked about?

Another possibility is that Rambus will lose in court, and have their patents invalidated.
