How about just allowing Infineon to continue to sell SDRAM, DDR and RDRAM. I think that would be incentive enough to sign. But whatever it takes I'm sure Rambus knows exactly what they are doing and what their options are.

You know better than that. This type of statement by you is the reason the Yahoo poster included you in with BILOW and Parrot.

Stock warrants were granted to the companies that pioneered the RDRAM development on the basis of performance targets that they had to achieve. Intel has not yet earned it's own warrants because they have not yet made their targets. Warrants were not used to induce settlement of outstanding disputes.

You know what you are saying is false. So you are making up a sham issue. The Yahoo poster is correct about you.
