Welcome to the board. I agree that Hasselbeck should be traded. I think now more so than before because Pederson was just released by Philly. Bring him back and with the proper training of our staff he should be an adequate backup.

The team this year will be OK. Many are calling for 8-8. I think 9-7 and possibly 10-6 if our defense comes around. I really think that when you install a new system it takes three years to get the horses that work best in it and to get the continuity between players that you need. If we can get to the break at at 4-3 we should be able to end up at 10-6. 4-3 at the break means we need to beat either: Chicago, New York Jets, Buffalo or Detroit. San Fran, Ariz and Philly should be (SHOULD BE) gimmies. If we can do that that will be seven games that the defense has under its belt with real live bullets and then a week's rest. That should prepare them properly for the last "half" of the season.

Should be an interesting year with some big shoot-outs.

Again welcome and feel free to add your two cents at any time.

PS - with your track record, I would just as soon you stayed home for any of our away games. :)
