make sure you have the ascii delimited text file ratio.txt unzipped.

Open downloader
tools, convert
choose ascii text file
choose ratio.txt by browsing
choose proper place you want it converted to

wala. plot away.

I don't know what Metastock requires, but I know I had to mess around for awhile to get it into Parity. First column had to be in date format, the rest of the columns had to be in text format. Hope this helps.
