Jim, well ok, but leatherbacks are about the only thing I have to worry about. I had high hopes for the Reform Party, Perot notwithstanding. But they are now engaging in the sort of internecine warfare that rarely yields a victor. Heck, I would even be interested in the Greens if I thought they had a chance. I don't necessarily have to agree with their politics, but we, as a country, need a viable third party, however flaky. I disagree with the liberal bias in the media, most of the media appears to be biased towards fluff not politics. Quick and easy answers and stories, nothing that will give a basis for opinion. I like sources like www.stratfor.com. They seem fairly even-handed, but they focus on global issues. Taxes don't get me too much worked up as long as they don't screw with me. We have a deficit to pay off for good or ill, keeping it around for generations at the present level would be criminal.
