Gino's ain't bad, but it's Jim's when i get back in Philly to drive up the ole cholesterol. Wrapping up here in the hamptons and never coming back. At least farther east than NN is, the real estate prices are so wall street driven, I'm deciding not to play. 3.5 hours to drive 99 miles isn't exactly priming me for the flood of ipo's necessary to pay the bonuses so that investment bankers can pay $5 million for a 2 acre lot on a busy road "only" a mile from the ocean. Can't say buying real estate out here is diversification protection from a rotten market. Gotta see what 'dozer says about the 49% premium amcc is paying for mmcn. td
