Several other manufacturers have suggested that it might be possible to circumvent Qualcomm's patents.

This is the line that gets me every time I read it. For once, I would like to see names attached to this statement. Responsible reporters (assuming this is a legitimate news article) should not include a statement like this unless they can name names.
