Please help me here: I am not sure I understand the problem with 3G-

It doesnt not seem to be cost, technology, even fees; it seem like it would be more efficient to add this to GSM than Gprs, etc; is the problem that there is a large group of telecom pragmatists( to use the Gorilla Game reference) that are afraid to take the first step and adopt-- once this happens and the 3G ramp is sucessful, ie killer apps for high speed data. then the ball game is over and mass adoption will take place; but there is no first mover--
Are the chipsets not yet available or is it lack of killer apps--
, cost??-- what will it take for a large telecom outside of the usa to adopt?
