This is going to take years to decide but MU will suffer tremendous for this. Trebble damages will be sought in countersuit. I hope RMBS asks for back royalties for as long as possible as well.

It appears that like the good folks on the Yahoo thread have been saying (via their loyal supporters over here), Micron is just about ready to roll over and sign.
