Hi Daniel Schuh; The news that Micron filed suit against Rambus is actually pretty big. This is an indication that Rambus is going to have to fight a US memory maker for their SDRAM royalties. Before, the theory was to get the memory makers to sign one at a time. That is no longer operative. So much for "we are in negotiations". I would presume that everyone will now be getting involved with Micron. Do you suppose that the Infineon suit will get combined with Micron's? Should be fun to watch. -- Carl
