I have never defended Clinton's conduct in office. I think he has done a very good job when he keeps his mind on official business, and not on extra-curricular activities. And you know what else? Congress and the American people agree with me. Lest we forget, neither article of impeachment attained a majority vote, and his approval rating is higher than Reagan's when Reagan left office. When you use the phrase "Clinton's perjury, obstruction and misuse of office," it sounds as if the president has been convicted of such. So you need to rephrase that, perhaps stick in a "purported" somewhere.
