Wonder when USIX will level-off? Any thought or has it started already?

I, too, believe that ASPs have a big future but there's no guarantee that USIX will be one of the winners. I bought this stock late last year but sold it in March to protect profits. On April 13 I bought some of it back, immediately got whomped and sold it to protect against losses.

I will not bottom fish this stock again as I did in April. It will have to prove to me that it has finished bottoming and started back up before I'll buy it again.

In general bottom fishing is a losing game. Money isn't made by buying a stock that's stopped going down. Money is made by buying a stock that's started going up. There are too many good stocks going up to justify tying up your money in a stock that may or may not be done going down, and even if it is could wallow for months before finally starting back up.

Unless you're managing a large (institutional-sized) portfolio or you're trying to buy a stock that trades by appointment there's no need to try to build a position over time. Just build a list of stocks based on fundamentals & potential and pounce when one proves itself technically. You'll find that averaging up as a stock increases is no more expensive than averaging down as it decreases, and with averaging up the odds are in your favor because the stock's already moving in the right direction. The only thing you could possibly miss out on is a buyout, but there are usually enough leaks that the stock starts up before the actual announcement.

GW in the previous post has, in my view, the right idea. I am speaking from the experience of believing that USIX had bottomed in April, in May, in June, and in July. August has made me a believer although poorer. Given the amount of stock that is going to come of restriction between now and the end off the year I have no idea how low it might go and I am afraid to guess.
I believe they have a good "concept", smart management, good product, but the risk is can they become big enough to fend off the "big boys" before they run out of money?
We need to keep our eye on that one. Any help with that analysis would be deeply appreciated.
