Have you been at the hops again tonight JC? You're slapping down youthful commentary unusually hard. Not that the occasional whack on the backside isn't warranted in the process of growing up.

Re: At no point did Sun sweep this under the rug

JC,

I'm not even going to argue about this, the NDA's speak for themselves. I think even the most bullish on this thread doesn't see it as "at no point did Sun sweep this under the rug"

You're coming up with stuff that goes beyond explanation by mere Youthful Fecal Brain Syndrome. What's your motivation?

Don't attack me. You seem upset.

My point is for the last 6 months I've had Watson on people watch and read every post he's made. He's explained things in highly technical detail (mostly about AMD and Intel) and others that know far more than me give him respect and ask for his opinion. There are many engineers on SI and you can't BS your way into pretending to be one. I have no idea what his background is, but he knows far more about servers and processors than almost anyone on SI. Read his past posts and judge for yourself.

If he's wrong about this, it's not because he's technically wrong. It's because Sun is not being honest about what the problem really is.
