Ted, In the past, the Congress and press generally had the good taste to stay out of the President's sex life, even though they knew exactly what was going on. The Republicans were so angry in 1992 at losing the presidency, that they took it on themselves to do everything possible (legal and illegal) to undermine Clinton. Given the dozens of serious offenses the Republicans have accused Clinton of, and the hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars they have spent trying to destroy him, the best they could come up with was a cigar. It is a testament to Clinton's character that he did an incredible job in the face of such reckless political adventurism. Scumbria
