I got out of most of my calls yesterday (Jan 100s) and will probably get back in (sorry that I missed the selloff this a.m.) soon. I hope it trades lower again today.

Rich1, Edelstone from MSDW beleieves Rambus wil eventually win the Micron and Infineon suit Assuming it is legal to not license the patents to Micron after a trial, I can't believe Micron won't settle if it looks like there's any reasonable risk that they may lose. I don't think Rambus will actually "win" any of these suits -- they'll all settle or Rambus will lose. This is a high-stakes game for Micron as well. Makes me wonder what ammunition they really think they have. Hopefully, nothing more than Hitachi had. Dave
