OK, so MU filed suit... what's going to happen next? Years in the court. Others filing suit. Some paying royalties. Will MU be at the risk of putting customers in an uncomfortable position and lose market share? Will MU be losing an early-entry opportunity in the fast-growing RDRAM market? Will Samsung definitely become the dominant memory manufacturer? Is MU locked out from the RDRAM market as long as the suit continues?
