Neo, A friend who is a teacher in a SW MI majority black district was visiting a couple weeks ago. He told me that in his high school they had a computer lab full of computers purchased and installed two years ago, paid for by a special millage passed by a large majority. As of last June (after two full school years) the computers were not hooked to the internet, they were not networked with each other or the other computers in the school (one or two in most classrooms), they were not even plugged in!
