Zeev,

Richard, I am surprised that you and Edelstone repeat this non sense about not licensing at all those parties defeated in court.

Tate said it at the annual meeting.

Zeev... One of the talking heads said this, Edelstone and I are just repeating what was previously said. While it appears that it would be Rambus' option I think in the end if they won it would be bad business. Once you slay the dragon What's the sense to continue to teach it a lesson, especially if your gaining nothing? At this point I don't know if they could successfully win in an "unfair trade practices" suit or on what grounds it could be filed. Sherman act Clayton... I don't know. I'd have to review both to give a non-legal opinion, only my own.
