The Bush answer to what to do with the $100 found lying on
the ground is to give it to his rich billionaire buddies,
who obviously need it badly. The rest of us "individual
Americans" (i.e. those who don't have the millions to fund
the soft money sleaze) get chump change (instead of real
change).

The prudent thing to do would be to donate the $100 to reduce the national debt.

We must remember that many problems facing this country can only be solved by a strong federal government, i.e. World War II, the Great Depression, equal rights for African-Americans, facing down the Soviet Union in the Cold War, on and on.
