hes implying that Qcom patent issues might be called into question by certain companies in the hope to bring them to the negotiating table. I agree this remains a problem, and in my opinion Q's biggest problem in regards to stock price. The WCDMA issue is mute, but taking legal actions to pressure Q is an option for NOK. Though they would lose, they can keep Qcom's market cap down and keep their fud campaighn alive. This may be why Q has remained on the mat this year.
