I think you are right and it does explain why a new suit is now necessary.

Does it seem significant to you that the court, in March, appointed a person to oversee the INTC employees that BRCM got and make sure no patents were infringed?

You are probably more informed on legal matters than I am. If BRCM was using the employees information and infringing on INTC patents, would the correct procedure be for the court itself to take action against BRCM?

Is INTC simply saying that the court missed the fact that patents were being infringed?
