Re: I'm a tad puzzled by the Rambus ppl who come in here and say they "doubt DDR SDRAM will ever ship or be used"... On what basis do they have to presume that?

Scott,

In order to be a DRDRAM supporter, it's a requirement to be in total denial with what's going on around you.

I've seen a couple of DDR boards with my own eyes, as I'm sure many other people have that read this thread.

It's only a matter of time until they are in volume production.

The DRAM makers are not going to be making DRDRAM for too much longer. I have no idea why these people are in denial.

OT

Scott,

I am thinking about making NT a long term hold and since its a Canuck firm, I was wondering how familiar you were with the state of their technology. They have a strong competitor in CSCO.

I know they have been buying a number of optical networking companies and look to have a good future long term. Any observations would be greatly appreciated.

TIA.
