Not as many Japanese in Fort Lee these days compared to the late 1980's and early 1990's because of their ongoing financial problems, but there is still a significant presence in town..... Koreans have been on the rise there for a long time now, and have replaced many of the Japanese families in at least one prominent high rise not too far from CNBC headquarters. Both groups are mostly decent and nice folks, but the Japanese tend to be a bit more polite with their manners..... Yogi
