Very key words: "....subjects him/her to a higher standard....." Just think about that? Of course I'd rather the broker clowns play their games. Wonder what the clients hung in the likes of Dr. Koop think about their professional broker these days? The more the broker clowns play in the grey area, the more they show what little they really know, the more bad advice they give out, all the better reasons for the individual investors to disengage from the circus and the high commissions.
