Then there seems to be some of the environmental movement, & Gore's reason for being, which is based on non-science. Remember the recent page one New York Times story that open water was seen at the North Pole for the first time in 50 million years? Naturally the liberal newspaper blamed this supposed phenomenon on "global warming." But it turns out the claim was wrong. In a correction published in the Times on Tuesday the paper said it had "misstated" the normal conditions of ice at the pole. (cont) newsmax.com
