What is surprising to me is the impact that additional float from insider sales did to the stock price. Not much.

I enjoyed the initial run with this stock and played the short side a little. I bought initially because I liked the technical action and the insider buying was heavy. Later, I decided there was too much going on here that I couldn't put a finger on... I couldn't justify being long with this much market cap and no revenue and I wouldn't short into a stock that defied logic.

I warned Tom Hua 15 months ago that I thought he was making a mistake taking a long range short position. I don't know if he is still short or if he's made any money since the heady volatility days but I doubt shorts have made much.

The stock appears to continue to be controlled by the insiders and they know too much for me to be willing to play their game.
