Infostream - Clearly Libellous? What part? Which parts of what he said are untrue - clear it up for us. Which libelous assertions have you read in jkernan's message?

If Auric believes what you say, tell him to take it up. I would love to have the feds investigate all his dealings and his posts on SI. His buddies, Elgindy, Loeb, et al, need to be looked at as well. Keep in mind that the feds have long arms and know how to use the internet as well.

The best thing for you and him is to cease your illegal activities and threats.

BTW, inform him that JDSU is trading at 126 pre-market, about 10 points north of his latest FUD post.

No more libelous in this case than calling another poster an "idiot". ;-)

It is not for us, or even SI management, to decide what activities in regards to the securities industry may call for action to be taken (anything from investigation to incarceration). However, all is not lost, as we do have paid professionals to turn to in this matter:

Can't get enough of being in the spotlight?

Consider Infostream.com mainstreamed by SEC.
