i saw this statement on a readme page...

"Please note that the localized version of this release in Arabic and Hebrew languages can be installed only on localized versions of Windows 98 and Windows 2000."

that mean/do anything for your right-to-left user?

I vaguely remember you looking for a right to left typing program a while back. If memory serves, you found a workable solution but thought you might want to check out this mornings edition of the Langa letter. It has a link to a program you might need in the future.
