I cannot reach down in my pocket and find $250,000. Don't get me wrong. I realize that is a chunk of dough.

It just amazes me that with all the movement in EMLX this guy triggered that he would have gotten so little of it. Also fascinates me that he had paper losses of $100K so he cooked this up to try to recoup. (Perhaps he was strung out on margin?) But the poorhouse looks better than the jailhouse.
