I did a search on Dogpile using the search term "Lynxus". Lynxus is the company which Data Race has an alliance with for business in the Caribbean. The following press release popped up:

I tried getting a quote for ERAW or ERAW.OB but no luck, so I did a domain name search for "Erawest.com" and found that the administrative contact was "Speight & Associates" in Florida. Notice that the address for Era West and Speight & Associates is the same.
