Solon, I know what you are doing. You are attempting to take away the relationship that Christians have with the Son of God. You are trying to cause people to think that Christianity is man made, just like other religions.

I can only answer you from the totality of my personal experience with Jesus. I am not the Canaanite woman who Jesus showed mercy to after much pleading. I know that his reason for being on earth was to fulfill the promises of the Father to the Hebrews. The offer of Salvation was not extended to the gentiles until the Jews rejected him as who he claimed to be. He used Paul as his messenger to proclaim mercy to all, Hebrew and Gentile.

You can argue the differences all day and it would only prove that you do not understand the differences in dispensations in the Holy Word. For instance, God does not mean for us to follow any law today because the Mosaic laws have been done away with. The only requirement for a Christian today is to believe what Christ did for us at the cross. He became the supreme sacrifice for atonement and we must believe in this final act as a blood sacrifice for all believers so that God, through his Son, will see us as washed of sin and perfection in His eyes. You see, we must separate the spiritual from the physical because God is Spirit and must be worshipped in Spirit.

God is Supreme authority of Heaven and Earth. In other words He is SOVEREIGN MASTER of the UNIVERSE. We must be dutiful to that Supreme Sovereign Authority. We trust everything that He has said or done because He has the RIGHT to do whatever he wishes. We have the duty to not judge His actions. We have rights but not when they interfere with God's rights.

I doubt that you will ever be able to look at the spiritual side of all this. You know why?
Because it is all spiritual!

My request is that it is not necessary for you to come over to the Ask God thread and make us see the error of our ways. We are perfectly content to stay in our beliefs and you are also welcome to stay in yours. Just please, do not continue to push your way of thinking down our throats. The Bible is a Holy book to us and it saddens us to see you trample on it.

Regards,
Santiago
