Do you know when patent #5,602,987 started?
Do you know if patents have 17 year life?
SNDK CEO started company in 1988 with many patents.
1988+17=2005
Do you think the stock market will start to discount
this type of info at some time in the future?

Thanks in advance

...by then Israel Corp, will have 30% of the equity,

It has been repeatedly stated TIC will only own 20%.

...my calculations actually show more shares, but I am using Tower's calculations

You will likely do better to not let your false hopes cloud your investment calculations and judgement.

at the through (sic)of a semi cycle getting 1 to 1.5 PSR is not uncommon

Tower is the #4 independent fab behind the bigger three in the Far East. When did these other three EVER trade at 1-1.5 sales??? Intel is the largest semi. When did INTC EVER trade at 1-1.5 sales??? Yes, I do think Tower will have some special uniqueness like Intel.

I get a through (sic)number of between $10 to $15 per share.

Okay, it sounds like you'll wait until the share hits $10-$15 before you buy it...your choice.
