Eric, I've referenced the Geoffrey Moore Presentation called "Standards and the Gorilla Game: the Dynamics of Setting Standards in High Tech Markets" which was presented at the "US-Japan Technology Management Center" before on this thread. Thanks for pointing out this presentation again, I must have missed it before. I've lent my copy of TFM to a friend as holiday reading and this will have to serve to temper the withdrawal symptoms until I can get it back from her!
