What one hedge fund manager thinks:

Jim Cramer
ICIX
9/03/00 3:44 PM ET
I see that Worldcom is back to its overpaying ways. These folks just can't stop dealing, and this time it is for troubled ICIX. At least that will get the CLECs going again, and contribute to a high flying Tuesday morning.

I have to figure out what I think. First thought though is there is not yet enough information available to make the judgement that Cramer just did. For one I don't know how the deal relates to DIGX. If they are dealing for ICGX ex-DIGX, I definitely don't like the deal. If not, I want to hear the WCOM plans and find out more about ICGX and DIGX business momentum.

The Cramer judgement shoots too low from the hip too soon.
