Hi all; Toshiba only recommends its 128Mbit SDRAM chips for future production without reservation. RDRAM and DDR are classified under "Des Rec" (i.e. Design Recommendation) as "M" which translates as: "Limited production, contact Marketing." Maybe those guys who say that Toshiba is getting out of the business are right!
