It would be nice to see that Kumar report, as it sounds very negative. Correct if wrong, this is what I remember from CNBC: - 3rd Q sequential PC growth rate slowing from 12% to less than 1/2 that rate - Worldwide sales slowing except Japan - 4th Q inventory overhang 2-3 million units - 1 GHz yields less than 5%, said they had to throw the rest away (?????) in answer to a question - GM trends reverse next year on P4 die size - $9 Billion 3rd Q revenue in doubt unless a pick up in next three weeks John
