John, Kumar came out rather negative on Intel right after the 1.13 GHz recall. He said stuff like 'they're releasing chips they can't build', need to get their act together, stuff like that. I guess we should have seen it coming from him.

On sales weakness, CNBC said Kumar talked about some canceled orders, to Intel, in the last couple of weeks, and would they get them back. I also heard something about pricing pressure (price war?). Didn't hear AMD mentioned, but I missed the first part of this argument. Joe Kernen mentioned that Piper Jaffray is small, but listened to. He also said they'd be like a lightning rod, because so many hold INTC. Niles ought to be back from the Hamptons or Martha's Vineyard, like to see his latest take.
