Of course, we value the water added products, and allow them to charge more. Ham becomes more tender. Chicken parts that has no blood; cooks faster and no germ contamination. American lamb has the blood drained, so no smell; lighter in weight in the package too. New food products are just different from the old days. Store manager told me to buy cooked lobster because all the water is cooked out. Live lobster is full of water and weighs more.

You never would believe what is going on until you investigate. Water diluted food product is in.
