IF, yes. Likely, not.

Worldwide roaming pretty much accomplished. CDMA camp last on board, but at least getting on board. China won't launch any version of cdma without the capability to authenticate to a GSM-MAP net using SIM/R-UIM. Good news is that cdmaOne chipsets available to accomplish this, and bad news is that 1x chipsets (MSM5100) a ways away.
