Jim, I believe some of the dates are wrong or I would have made this post some time ago.

That said, it is a reasonable scenario.
That also said, NightOwl blasted this earlier in a similar post I made as something in MUs favor, at least I think he did.

Just too damn hard to cross check my own thoughts these days, let alone anyone else's.

I still want to see NightOwl's scenarios under which RMBS might win this in court.
